Agrineer is a term combining Agriculture and Engineer, representing Agricultural Engineers who enhance farming productivity through mechanization, technology, and innovative farming systems. These professionals play a crucial role in modernizing agriculture—especially in developing countries like Nepal—by implementing efficient farming techniques and engineering solutions to boost agricultural output. Additionally, 'Agrineer' is the title of a journal published by Nepal Agricultural Engineering Students’ Society (NAESS), featuring research articles from professionals in the agricultural field. Similar publications exist in India, Australia, the USA, and Kenya under the same name. This blog, IOEAgrineer, is dedicated to Agricultural Engineering education under the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Tribhuvan University. It serves as a resource hub for study materials, research papers, past exam questions, books, and notes for students and professionals in Agricultural Engineering.
