AgriPie AgroSystem LLP is currently engaged in the production of Cordyceps militaris (keeda jadi) fruiting body (mushroom) on rice grain media and animal-free culture media components under aseptic conditions. Our Spawn and Mushroom Production units are supported with the in-house R&D Laboratory to develop and optimize the cultural conditions for optimal productivity. We also produce bulk quantity of Cordyceps militaris mycelia for academic research and product formulation purposes. The processes of cultivation, processing and packaging are carried out under aseptic conditions at all the stages following food safety standards. The lab is also conducting research on the optimization of artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum (Red Reishi), Lentinula edodes (Shiitake), Pleurotus citrinopileatus (Golden Oyster) and few other mushrooms on locally available raw materials and weather in the region.
