Agrotek blev til i 2004 efter en fusion mellem Traktorkompagniet Grøn og Madsen og A/S Bech Hansens eftf.
Agrotek beskæftiger sig med salg og service af maskiner til landbrug, skovbrug samt have/park. Blandt hovedmærkerne er Valtra, JCB, Pöttinger og Hardi inden for landbrugsområdet. Inden for Have/park kan nævnes Husqvarna, Stihl, Iseki og Kärcher.
Desuden har Agrotek også importen af Skovvogne og parallelkraner fra Svenske Mowi, samt import af svenske Intermercato der producerer gribere, grabber, rotatorer og vejesystemer til skov- og lastbilkraner.
