Aguiló LLC is a law firm co-founded in 2022 by father and son, Rafael E. Aguiló Vélez and Jason R. Aguiló Suro. Our firm's practice focuses on labor and employment law counseling and litigation; commercial litigation; and counseling and representing commercial creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. After a combined 40+ years practicing in these areas at two of the largest law firms in Puerto Rico, Rafael and Jason decided to combine their skills and experience at Aguiló LLC to offer clients the level of quality and know-how of a large firm as well as the personalized service of a more intimate operation.
