With degrees in Business, Engineering, and an MBA, I have founded and grown companies that have achieved significant milestones and received global press coverage. My journey includes negotiating complex exit sales to billion-dollar conglomerates and making innovative contributions to the fields of AI, Automation, and Robotics. I have had the privilege of serving on advisory councils at leading universities such as Cal State East Bay and on the jury selection committee for the prestigious Edison Awards. I am also an Edison Award Silver Medal honoree for my contributions to science and technology. My work has been featured in major publications like Fortune, Forbes, and the Discovery Channel. I have delivered keynotes at esteemed events such as the IEEE Robotics Symposium at Columbia University and the Boston Consulting Group’s AI Summit, blending insights with a touch of humor to keep the audience engaged. As a top operations executive and digital transformation leader, I specialize in leveraging technology to drive growth and efficiency across various sectors, including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and banking. Additionally, I am a board member, angel investor, and advisor to fast-growing tech companies in AI, Automation, Cybersecurity, Blockchain/FinTech, and Robotics. My passion lies in fostering innovation and empowering entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, India, the UK, and the Middle East. Between 2008 and 2015, I founded four rapidly growing startups in Enterprise Software, Vehicle Automation, Point of Sale Systems, and Online Gaming. Since establishing InGen Dynamics in 2015, our products, such as Aido, Sentinel, Kaiser.Haus, and Origami, have addressed global challenges like labor shortages and environmental sustainability.
