Aharveda

“Ahar” means food in Sanskrit and “Veda” defined as scripture containing philosophies. We are born to lead a perfectly healthy, happy and productive lives. Yet, illness robs us of this birthright. However, the real cause of any ailment is an unhealthy diet. The adage “You are what you eat”, packs a world of truth in it. Living with the law of nature brings good health and happiness. Mr. Harish Shetty, a highly respected restaurateur, founded Aharveda. He overcame a personal health crisis solely by modifying his diet, and this set him thinking which in turn led to founding Aharveda. He used his vast knowledge in the food industry coupled with hard work and extensive research on food and ingredients to evolve a simple mantra to healthy living. He made it his mission to help people become healthy. He advises people who consult him regularly in the hope of finding a remedy to a host of lifestyle diseases and other ailments. In addition, to spread goodness, he has been conducting seminars to propagate the Aharveda way of life.
