Always Home is founded and owned by Principal Designer Katie Baker. Growing up Katie was always the kid who was rearranging her room once or twice a month. Whenever her parents hosted family she would be the one to set up the bedroom and make sure the space was ready to receive guests. There were fresh towels, a lit candle, and the bed was made to perfection.
Katie has always had a keen eye when it comes to designing home spaces. She sees the aesthetic needs as well as the functional needs required for comfortable spaces. She has a strong passion for creating homes to resonate with their owners lifestyles. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Katie dove right into expanding her knowledge base and obtaining the right experiences. She worked for high end designers in the Houston Texas area as well as worked as an Architectural Designer for a home builder before moving out to Indiana.
With the love and support of family and her passion for design, Always Home Custom Designs was formed. Katie and her team work to design spaces that are unique to each client and are ready for their particular lifestyle. Specializing in 3D visualization Always Home wants clients to feel at ease before each project commences. These visualizations help with communication throughout each project so your home can be your own with less hassle and quicker results!
