AHEDD provides employment services throughout Pennsylvania to people with disabilities. The individuals we serve include youth in transition from school-to-work and adults who are looking for employment in the community. Participants in AHEDD's services benefit from a customized plan of service that can include: skill assessments; career exploration and development; self-directed job search; job placement; work site support/training; and/or consultation on benefits management issues by Certified Work Incentive Coordinators (CWICs). The critical work that we do helps people gain greater independence, become productive and contributing members of their community and meet the diversity and labor force needs of businesses.
