Ahern Financial Management provides part-time CFO and other business/financial services to growing privately-held companies and specializes in helping creative service and consulting firms. Based on the needs of the client, Jim and his team provide ongoing, part-time CFO services, project-based services around a specific need, or in some cases fully outsourced accounting, financial management and HR. Jim and his team bring their experience working in larger firms to smaller firms that would not otherwise have the benefit of that experience. They know best practices but also understand the resource limitations of a smaller firm. The team has extensive experience in systems implementations & improvement, multi-office & virtual operations, project-based accounting, financial analysis, metrics, benchmarking, taxation, operational efficiency, improving profitability and helping to support and build healthy business cultures.
