Working integratively means I draw upon different forms of therapy including Humanistic, Existential and Psychodynamic, adapting appropriately for the situation and tailoring the work to the individual. This is all underpinned by a wholehearted Compassion Focused Therapy approach.
I provide a confidential, safe, non-judgmental space to explore what may be contributing to your current difficulties providing you with an opportunity to gain another perspective and ways of managing your issues.
