I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative therapist, I hold online and in-person sessions at my practice in N8.
Working integratively means I draw upon different forms of therapy including Humanistic, Existential and Psychodynamic, adapting appropriately for the situation and tailoring the work to the individual. This is all underpinned by a wholehearted Compassion Focused Therapy approach.
