As a living laboratory we go through challenges and celebrations as we want to see if human beings can collaborate and run effective systems to work together for a shared purpose with self responsibility. Mediation support to help you understand and transaform your conflicts! 3. Sharing our stories of becoming a Self Managed Teal Organisation!! You can learn from our stories and visit us and experience being at AhimsaGram for our Immersion Programs or long term experiential learning program for it! 4. Guidance in setting up Restorative Circles, a conflict transformation system in your organisation or business!
