AHK Group was established in 1998 by Mr. Abdulrahman H. Al-Khathlan, who currently holds the position of Founder and Chairman. The company began by opening its first restaurant in Riyadh, naming it at the time “No Rules”. In 2002, AHK took on its biggest project at the time - developing a fine-dining restaurant at the top of Kingdom Tower, one of Riyadh’s most famous landmarks. Spazio was successfully opened, under the ownership of Azwaq. From then on, AHK began expanding its businesses, advancing into project development and hospitality management, opening franchises for prestigious international restaurants like Fauchon Paris & LaDurée, and investing in a diversified range of companies from different sectors.
