Ahlan Kids supports Muslim children in western society with engaging education that explores the loving nature of Allah and Islamic teachings in a relatable way. Our digital and printed resources contain tailored education that combines Islamic teachings with UK early years curriculum so Muslim children can benefit from both cultures. They include the 7 areas of learning and development from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum along with early years Islamic studies: ● Physical, social & emotional development ● Physical development ● Communication & Language ● Literacy ● Math ● Understanding of the world ● Expressive arts and design Our Ahlan Bright Start activity books are published every two months and are available as an online or printed subscription, so Ahlan Kids consistently brings Muslim families together for children to learn from the comfort of their home. Founded by Zahraa Akoob in London, UK. Zahraa has a background in Graphic design, and International business, and has taught students of all ages in Saudi Arabia, Oman and Cyprus. Zahraa is committed to providing learning resources from a positive and inclusive perspective, celebrating diversity and Islamic values which empower young Muslims to achieve their potential while exploring the world around them.
