Our signature dish, the Ahmedia Biryani, is crafted with superior-quality Basmati rice and premium meat sourced from top-class sheep breeds, blended with house-made masala using time-honored recipes. In January 2024, Ahmedia Hotel was honored with the Best Biryani Restaurant of the Year award at the prestigious Restaurant Awards 2024, held at The Westin, Chennai. We were also recognized with the Excellency in Traditional Biryani award in New Delhi, presented by celebrity chefs Vicky Ratnani (NDTV) and Saransh Goila (Living Foodz).
