AHS-KY serves all industries, construction, maintenance, or repair needs. All services include disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and testing. Precision fit pieces are assessed for tolerances, and worn, broken, or missing parts listed for replacement. After thorough evaluation, we issue a competitively priced quote for the cost of the repair. With your approval, the piece is cleaned again, inspected and made ready for repair. All contact services are reconditioned or replaced, and new seals, bearings and replacement parts are installed. In the event of parts being obsolete or beyond safe repair/reconditioning, our in-house machine shop can effectively reduce costs and create fast turn-around by manufacturing replacements that meet or exceed OEM specifications. Following reassembly, the piece is tested for performance. We do horizontal & vertical pump repair of all major brands.
