Ahtime Architects, based in Port Victoria Seychelles, was founded in 2016. The Practice prides itself on sound knowledge, experience, reliability, duty care and involving the Client all along the way; demonstrating the ability to run seamless project coordination and design development with clients, contractors and sub-contractors alike, discharging planning conditions, obtaining building control certificate and problem-solving on site. The Practice uses 3D software to model the proposed building topography of the site, giving the client a better understanding of the massing, spaces created and produces virtual reality videos of its proposals to showcase the designed project in situ.
