Denise Jeffrey is the founder of AI Business Dynamics, a global consultancy that helps leaders ethically and strategically integrate artificial intelligence into executive leadership, institutional reform, and high-stakes communication. She has delivered over 700 in-person seminars and 1,000 online workshops across 67 countries, working with C-suite executives, government bodies, and negotiators in defense, humanitarian, and corporate sectors. She is also the author of the Codice Aurora reform amendment to Codice Rosso—a survivor-led legislative proposal developed through Ethical Human–AI Collaboration. The reform aims to close systemic gaps in Italy’s institutional response to gender-based violence by embedding accountability, digital access, and trauma-informed protections directly into law. A former director overseeing teams of 250+, Denise combines operational clarity with creative insight drawn from her early career at Virgin Records and MTV.
