AI Connect is the winner of the Kenya Airways Fahari Innovation challenge under the customer experience category, we ae incubated and accelerated by Kenya Airways through it’s corporate - startup collaboration program. Our solution is an AI enabled decisioning engine for enhanced omnichannel customer engagement. We provide the enterprise sector with an AI enabled platform that is customizable to the customer journey maps for the air and travel sector, Insurance and the payment services sector. We support WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Social media platforms like Instagram as part of the omnichannel customer touch points. The pillars of our platform are data analytics, AI algorithms, customer engagement excellence and phygital marketplaces. Our technology enables the enterprise clients to leap frog into the AI era despite having legacy systems.
