We are guided by the goal of making neural network architectures and training simpler and more robust in technologically constrained and time-varying, dynamic environments.
Our research scope comprises:
-Adaptive Neural Networks: neural networks able to adjust their parameters and structure dynamically based on changing inputs or environments;
-Neural Architecture Search (NAS): automatic design of neural network architectures;
-Privacy-Preserving Deep Learning with Homomorphic Encryption (PPDL-HE): deep learning on encrypted data (privacy);
-Time series analysis: extracting meaningful summary and statistical information from points arranged in chronological order;
-Tiny Machine Learning (TinyML): ML on tiny devices (e.g., Internet of Things).
