Our aim is to transform the chemistry-AI landscape by conducting world-leading research in open AI and catalysing its wider adoption in experimental and computational chemistry communities.
We combine the expertise of AI leaders already working in the chemical domain, but inclusive to those new to this field to tackle key challenges:
1. lack of data standards, data curation and data availability for the AI community
2. lack of day-to-day collaboration between chemistry and AI researchers
3. lack of training and access to equipment / datasets.
The Hub is currently funded by EPSRC.
