Welcome to AICR Australia! Our Vision – A professional platform for all Hoteliers to inspire, empower and create exceptional experiences for all our guests. Our AIM - We endeavour to work together across ALL hotel brands to encourage members to exchange innovative ideas to create a more robust service culture and foster development for future front-of-house professionals. The Association of Front Office Managers was founded in Cote d'Azur, France, in 1964 and, over the past 57 years, has developed into an international fellowship with sections in 18 countries. The AICR aims to facilitate and strengthen the professional relationships between members and promote and publicise the importance of their profession, developing the industry profile through networking, training and development. Our membership constitutes an extensive source of contacts, offering invaluable networking opportunities and providing each other with support, information and advice. Throughout the year, we organise events for our members that offer a wide range of opportunities to get together, network, exchange views, and share our experiences and best practices.
