AiCRE Labs is building a Decision OS to accelerate the CRE industry's transition to machine intelligence. Our first SaaS product is called Foundation. It makes tenant selection more profitable for landlords, easier and higher quality for brokers, and less risky for retailers. Think Zillow meets MoneyBall for Retail CRE. It does this by pricing what space, property, and trade area characteristics retailers are willing to pay for and automating due diligence workflows like void analysis, reviewing legal exclusions, and prospecting. It’s an ensemble of AI agents that evaluate all national, regional, and local retailers based on their ability to gain market share at a particular property. Inputs: co-tenancy, consumer mobility, competition, space infrastructure, property accessibility & infrastructure, trade area dynamics, demographics, legal exclusions, and tenant improvement allowance. - Leasing Agents use it to close deals faster, curate the best tenant mix, and keep their planned center planned, while saving time crunching numbers. - Retailers benefit from it by enjoying a space, property, and trade area that helps their business thrive. - CRE owners benefit by reducing time off market, minimizing turnover, and increasing Net Operating Income.
