AICS Consulting (founded in 2016), is the social enterprise arm of a Non-Profit Pan African Organization - the African Institute for Children Studies (AICS). It is your trusted partner in driving transformative solutions for sustainable development and humanitarian/relief interventions across Africa. Dedicated to impactful interventions in research, innovation, and policy reforms, we collaborate globally with institutions like Arizona State University and Makerere University, fostering a vital bridge between academia and practice. With over 120 Associate Consultants globally, we are able to assemble multi-disciplinary teams to jointly work in sectors that require synergy spanning related services such as health, nutrition, education, human rights, gender, and environmental sciences. AICS has left a lasting impact, influencing public financing and contributing to innovative programs in over 13 African countries in West, East, Central and Southern Africa. Our notable clientele includes UN Agencies (UNHCR, UNICEF, ILO); Regional Economic Communities (IGAD); International NGOs and Development Agencies (USAID, Save the Children, Catholic Relief Services); and Private Sectors (Meta (Facebook), and Tetra Pak. We have supported governments in Malawi, Uganda, Zambia, South Africa, Kenya among others, in developing appropriate policies, programs, and public financing models in justice, health, education, labour and social protection sectors.
