AID YOU

The AIDU! Community is born to build emergency-friendly cities and collaborative communities. We aim to offer fast and accurate rescues within 6 minutes. We launched a recruiting campaign inviting citizens to join BLS events/courses and afterwards they will be provided with our AIDU! smartphone application. The volunteers will not stay in the headquarter of an organisation, but they will follow their daily routine going through the city or working. Where is the innovation? This method has created a dynamic rescue system, where every emergency report can bring “specialised” citizens to reach victims on time. Once emergency is reported, the system will forward the aid request to one or more citizens who is within 2km the emergency location and has our AIDU! Application. The rescuer that was following his/her daily habits receives the address and road indications to reach the location and will be able to consult the AED mapping in the area through the smartphone.
