AIDP is a pioneering institution dedicated to enabling grassroots development practitioners to advance into managerial and senior roles within the social impact sector in India. Our vision is to cultivate a thriving development ecosystem in India that ensures equal growth opportunities for everyone within an organization. We are focusing on providing education and skills to grassroots practitioners in NGOs, enabling them to advance to managerial roles despite contextual, social, and financial constraints. Our flagship program, PG Certificate Program in Management (Development Practice) is a 11 month Post Graduate level Certificate Program in Management is mostly conducted online (with some in-person workshops and opportunities to collaborate with fellow students). The course provides existing grassroots practitioners with skills they need to progress to managerial positions.
