Our mission is to develop leadership in young people through cross-cultural exchanges and real-world experiences. The organisation aims to empower youth to make a positive impact on society, while fostering a sense of global community and working towards peace and fulfilment of humankind’s potential. Through various programs, including internships, volunteer opportunities, and membership experiences, AIESEC strives to create leaders who are globally minded, socially responsible, and equipped with the skills needed for the future.
