Thành lập từ năm 1948, AIESEC là tổ chức thanh niên quốc tế phi chính phủ và không vì lợi nhuận, giúp người trẻ phát triển năng lực lãnh đạo thông qua các cơ hội tình nguyện, thực tập quốc tế và hàng loạt dự án trong nước.
Mỗi một thành viên của AIESEC sẽ trở thành người điều phối và tổ chức các chương trình trên, góp một phần vào việc xây dựng nguồn lực trẻ trong tương lai.
