AIIFL is a leading academic research centre in Asia that is built around four core programmes: Compliance and Regulation; Corporate and Financial Law; Law, Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship; and Financial Technology. Our research spans competition law, corporate law and corporate governance, consumer law, East Asian international economic law and policy, financial law and regulation, insolvency and restructuring law, insurance law, one-belt-one-road, real estate law and finance, and taxation law. In these research areas we provide taught courses, training programmes and experiential learning. AIIFL organizes and hosts world-renowned conferences, visitors and research projects.
