AIIP is an organisation established by Insolvency Practitioners to assist them to meet the challenges prevailing in the industry. Advocacy by the AIIP elicited the first commercially available suite of precedents in response to the Insolvency Law reform Act (ILRA). Educative action by AIIP developed the monthly educative forums to supplement the Continual Professional Development obligations of Insolvency Practitioners.
Membership is open to Registered Liquidators & Bankruptcy Trustees only. Today there are over 180 members.
AIIP commenced in 2016 since which it has and continues to convene monthly educative forums. The educative forms are now held in Sydney, Brisbane & Parramatta.
