Australian spa and beauty entrepreneur, Eranthi Bonney, founded the company because she wanted to provide extraordinary skincare results without compromise. Having spent years in the corporate world and founding and managing luxury day spas, Eranthi struggled to find a luxurious, safe and sustainable beauty product her discerning clients could trust. Growing up in Sri Lanka, she remembered with great love how her grandmothers would massage the children head to toe in herbal oils to strengthen their bodies, beautify their skin and add lustre to their hair. One day when she was massaging her own children, it hit her: she was subconsciously following a centuries’ old tradition of wholeness and wellbeing. And so, out of a deep desire to fuse Ayurvedic healing wisdom into the very heart of the luxury spa experience and retail beauty market, AIKA was born. Handcrafted in a boutique manufacturing studio in Melbourne, The Lighthouse, all AIKA products are lovingly hand crafted in small batches with pure products, pure intentions and pure passion. AIKA tailors each product to the unique rhythms of your body and the powerful universal energy around you, in line with the Ayurvedic philosophy of Dinacharya.
