Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and raised in the nearby town of Plymouth, Patrick Stenglein valued competition, sports, and the great outdoors. Attributing his strong work ethic to his parents, Patrick’s first job was mowing lawns at age 10 and he hasn’t stopped since, working a variety of jobs—in retail, the service industry, and construction—until falling in love with sales. In 2003, Patrick started with American Income Life (AIL) as a personal recruit of his older brother, Ryan Stenglein. Only two months later he was promoted again to Master General Agent and was relocated to Iowa to oversee all operations in the eastern half of the state. Over the span of five years, he took over the entire state of Iowa and the western half of Illinois. In the summer of 2008, his success in the Iowa, Illinois, and Minnesota territories, led to a one of a kind Regional Vice President partnership contract with AIL. Patrick then moved to the Las Vegas area and exploded with growth—opening a record 8 new offices. Patrick has successfully managed offices in 7 states, with current organizations in 9 offices today: Salt Lake, Ogden, Santa Rosa, Tacoma, Memphis West, Nashville North, Las Vegas, St. Paul and of course his home town of Minneapolis “I’ve moved so many times and opened so many territories, ” Patrick remembers. Because of these opportunities, Patrick credits his success and the growing legacy of his organizations across the country. “I’ve been with this company half my life, starting at age 22, and achieved more than I ever thought possible,” Patrick says. “I am honored to represent this organization as a partner and am beyond excited for the next chapter. This is just the beginning.”
