ailíniú is an Irish-based Business and Enterprise Architecture & Digital Strategy consultancy. We believe in good work, done well, for the right reasons and we understand that Architecture, when done excellently, can enable a business to transform get the most from its investments. Our founders are both former Chief Architects with extensive experience across many industries. Our name, ailíniú is the Irish word for alignment and our approach is to align your strategy with what you do and where you invest, so that your efforts and resources are focused on what matters most to your business. Having worked in senior leadership roles in Business Architecture & EA across many industries we have learned that being outcome driven, pragmatic and applying a ‘Just Enough’ approach to our work leads to the best results for our clients. Our name, ailíniú is the Irish word for alignment and our framework is based on aligning what you do, how you do it and where you invest, to deliver your strategic objectives. Enterprise Architecture methods, when properly applied, create this alignment, enabling the business to articulate ‘What’ it is they want to achieve and allowing Technology to focus on ‘How’ best to achieve it.
