The Qatar Indian Management Association (QIMA) is a professional management organization that seeks to empower leaders and inspire innovation and excellence in business through its network of members from all sectors of business. QIMA’s mission is to promote quality standards in the country's corporate sector by providing top-notch training programs and workshops. Additionally, it works with both public and private entities to foster an environment of mutual understanding between employers and employees, as well as create awareness regarding legitimate labor practices. It also provides support for local businesses by offering assistance with marketing strategies, research studies, job search resources, and more. Qatar Indian management association is affiliated with the All India Management Association in India and in 2023, it is celebrating its 23rd Foundation day! QIMA is dedicated to promoting quality and excellence in all aspects of business, from training programs and workshops to assisting with marketing strategies, research studies, job search resources, and more. Its members come from a variety of sectors including finance, trade, industry, government entities, etc., allowing them to share best practices across industries.
