AiMed's Mission is to develop innovative, all-encompassing, patient-focused solutions to close the care gap in home healthcare. We have developed a healthcare-as-a-service Platform called CareHQ. CareHQ includes software (apps and dashboard), monitoring devices, a local CarePod for data collection and aggregation in addition to a collection of healthcare service integrations. CareHQ provides a Central, Real-time Continuous Monitoring of patients at home. It is targeted at the elderly who want to age at home, chronically and critically ill patients, post-hospitalization patients, and loved ones who want to be kept in the loop all the time.
