We are a funded startup in stealth mode developing a new type of wearable communication device. Our founder Stephen Forte is a Silicon Valley veteran with 25 years of running startups and $1b public and private companies, with 15 patents in mobile communications, apps and voice technologies having founded Ascendent Systems, later sold for 14x sales, earning 8x for its investors. The Collar.Tech Warrior(TM) allows for hands-free communication between individuals, groups or teams. The device incorporates extreme noise cancellation. Thus, for the first time, individuals skiing, cycling, kayaking, kiteboarding, motorcycling, rock climbing, base jumping or performing any sort of activity requiring the use of their hands, will be able to have effective communication. We have seven patents pending, and have R&D in Silicon Valley, Tel Aviv and Shenzhen.
