AIMS Study

AIMS (Ascertaining career Intentions of UK Medical Students) largest ever study of UK medical students, seeking to understand their career intentions post-graduation, and the factors driving these decisions. Study conceptualisation, ethical approval and funding allocation occurred in the end of 2022, with the study’s data collection period taking place in early 2023. The study’s principal findings have been published, with subsequent analyses currently under review.
