What is AIMS?
AIMS is a statewide nonprofit supporting middle-level educators. How? By building and fostering the value of a network. This specific space opens up continual opportunities - both for leadership & classroom teachers - to ask strategic questions to those across the state.
Who facilitates the work being done by this organization?
With a full board made up of almost 20 Illinois Superintendents, Principals, and Classroom Educators, Rae Hughart is currently serving as the Executive Director of Membership, Events, and Networking.
Is it ALL Virtual or In-Person?
AIMS is made up of educators across the state! So, in addition to monthly events & multiple annual conferences, each event continues to foster a hybrid model to support all of our member's locations choices.
