Aim Up, previously known as St Vincent's and St George's Association, is a Gloucestershire-based charity committed to empowering adults with disabilities, complex needs, challenging behaviours, and mental health conditions to live the life they want.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, person-centred support that enables individuals to lead fulfilling lives. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of each person. Our offerings include Domiciliary Care and Outreach Support, as well as Supported Living facilities in both Cheltenham and Gloucester.
Additionally, we are proud to run The Garden Project, which promotes mental well-being and community involvement, alongside our social enterprise, The Portland Guest House, providing valuable training and employment opportunities for the community.
