Ainoarts

Ainoarts was born in July 2024 from the desire to explore the concept of neuroaesthetics. Having benefited myself from my own excursions into art therapy through writing and painting and thus unraveling an entire side of me I did not know existed, I have developed a deep interest in this field. My psychology background certainly helps and, therefore, I thought about creating my own neuroaesthetic corner with Ainoarts. Although its final destination is still pending, I want Ainoarts to find ways of innovating artistic expression by utilizing neuroaesthetics principles which will bring forth new discoveries to its followers. I am interested in showing that arts can benefit our lives from both a psychosocial angle (physical connection with others and changes to physical spaces through inclusion of art), as well as a neuro artistic angle (through emotion activation and/or any neuronal changes in brain plasticity through art exposure). I am also exploring the possibility of this becoming a future Art Therapy center. I wrote its title in both Japanese and Korean as I find myself drawn to east-asian elements which have become a part of my personal neuroaesthetic journey. I am hoping this will be a gateway that brings together artistic expression in combined forms to innovate and align with today's modern art world. *Ainoarts is now on the Neuroarts Resource Center
