Informatics: We identify targets or develop informatics solutions. Payment is structured through engagement fees and finder’s fees. 2. Full Development: We develop targets and conduct studies up to the first proof-of-concept (PoC) in cell, animal, or human models. Payments include engagement fees, success fees, and royalties for the targets. 3. Revival Mode: We rescue shelved or closed projects, turning them into successes. Payment is recurring, adjusted for risk, and operates under a partnership model. 4. Licensing & Co-Development: We ensure fair valuations, partnered with a strong ethical foundation and mutual agreements.
