The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Emerging Technologies Committee (ETC) focuses on investigating new emerging technologies and analyzing the technology from both a scientific and legal standpoint. Initiatives The Committee presents educational programs, including those at scheduled AIPLA meetings.
