In 2007, Ingersoll-Rand sold its utility equipment business to Doosan Infracore; the Doosan Portable Power business group was formed, and ACS continued as their distributor. In 2009, ACS expanded its territory to include the counties in the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles.
