Air Logistics & Engineering Solutions, LLC (ALAE Solutions)

Based in Warner Robins, Georgia, ALAE provides software engineering, hardware engineering, program management, and various other support services. Founded in 2017 as a part of restructuring of ALAE Consultants, ALAE Solutions will provide direct services to the government. ALAE’s founder, Rich Hardwick, has over 25 years of experience in the execution of AFMC requirements. This spans a wide variety of sustainment missions, and includes technical performance as well as management. While employed by a large business, Rich was responsible for the capture, staffing, and overall execution of over $550M in ID/IQ order spanning two decades. He has directly managed programs with budgets ranging from $50K to over $50M, and led a team effort of growing his assigned large businesses’ P&L center from $8M to $43M in Warner Robins over a decade. His total P&L responsibility spanned the three ALC’s (WR-ALC, OC-ALC, OO-ALC) and generated ~ $87M in annual revenues during 2008.
