Air System Components, Inc. is a market-leading supplier of heating, air conditioning and ventilation system components for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Located in Plano, Texas, ASC is home to multiple brands that operate as independent companies. The Titus, Krueger, and Tuttle & Bailey brands have been major market forces selling grilles, registers, diffusers, and terminal units. PennBarry focuses on the manufacture of commercial and industrial fans and blowers as well as kitchen exhaust equipment. The Superior Rex brand focuses on fan coils and related products, while Reliable's strength is in it's unique line of grilles, registers, diffusers, and louvers. Most recently, ASC acquired Trion Indoor Air Quality, which is home to the Trion, Envirco, and Herrmidifier brands as well as Koch Filter that focus on air filtration products. These brands complement the existing lines of air distribution products, with a special focus on clean indoor air quality.
