AirGeoX offers TotalMag, a magnetic data acquisition system (aeromag) that produces extremely low noise, due to the magnetometer being housed in a bird, located 25m away from the drone to remove all magnetic noise sources. The magnetometer is a newly released optical magnetometer, with noise 5 times less (10 picoteslas) than competitors and is very lightweight at 18 grams. This lightweight magnetometer placed in the tail, allows us to attach the tow rope very close to the nose, producing a high drag, very stable bird for drone operation. AirGeoX’s next generation bird is half the weight of the Geometrics MagArrow, allowing up to 2 hour long flights. AirGeoX drones accurately drape the terrain, using RTK GPS and high resolution DTM data, because flying lower to the ground producing a higher magnetic response requires much more accurate draping of the terrain compared to existing airborne magnetic systems. AirGeoX use long range/endurance multirotors, because the multirotor flies at half the speed of competitors, giving clients twice the data density along line.
