AirQUEEN® is a leading mask technology company making surgical grade nano-fiber masks available to families and first responders worldwide. The FDA 510K cleared masks are “substantial equivalents” to N95 masks, which have been hard to come by during the COVID-19 pandemic. N95 essentially means the masks are able to deter 95% of airborne chemicals. Air Queen masks have been found to provide over 96% particle filtration. This means that the masks are suitable for “operating room personnel during surgical procedures to protect both the surgical patient and the operating room personnel from transfer of microorganism, body fluids and particulate materials.”

The nano-membrane is formed through the electrospinning process using polyurethane to develop the 3D-web structures.
Electrospinning is the process of adding the high voltage to the high molecular solution
to create non-woven form as the fiber is inter-twisted without the separate weaving process.
Nanofiber that make up the nano membrane are between 1/500 to 1/1000 the size of the piece of hair.
The Nano-membrane is carefully designed and formed three-dimensionally applied web structure with Nanofibers.
Thus, the nano-membrane provides outstanding airflow without compromising waterproofness.
