With more than 30 years of experience in the industrial valve industry, Air Torque is a reliable partner for all automation needs.
Through active participation in the relevant national and international expert working groups, such as CEN/DIN or VDI/VDE, we are significantly involved in the standardization and definition of the technical requirements via standardization. The use of standardized components enables the user to optimally combine a wide variety of products and a minimum level of safety.
THE PRODUCTS
Air Torque drives are not only used in safety-related areas at leading companies in the chemical, oil and gas, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical and food industries, but are also used for special applications that require constant adaptation of the products.
In addition to the temperature or environmental requirements, product variations can also be defined, for example, via an extended rotation angle range, multi-positioning, hydraulic damping, fast or slow closing.
INNOVATIVE
The advantages often lie in the details, such as the consistently implemented involute gearing, the adjustable end position system or the low-wear rolling crank of the Scotch-Yoke actuators.
Air Torque's actuators are optimally scalable with torques from 10 Nm to 60,000 Nm thanks to the fine gradation of the individual sizes. Important to always ensure the required functional safety function. The selection of suitable materials and corrosion resistance is another part of our quality standards. This is confirmed, among other things, by the consistent SIL classification (TÜV Rheinland).
