Your vision is our mission. Aisling Consultancy is a UK based professional People Development Consultancy which has been in operation since 2011. We are best know for our interactive and actionable training but we agree that training isn't always the answer. In those situations, we also offer specialist, bespoke solutions to employers who are dedicated to developing their people. The word aisling (pronounced ash-ling) is Gaelic for 'vision'. We recognise that each employer has their own unique vision for their organisation's growth and success and we work in tandem with our fabulous clients, identifying performance gaps and providing tailored solutions. Our approach is founded on a deep commitment to developing people, and we strive to provide exceptional service which is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client that we work with.
