AITB Community Overview

AITB is a community of people who aim to embody dialogues of virtue and professionalism in order to share valuable insights on the most important issues and themes which characterize our future; the guiding thread of this initiative is to tackle discussions belonging to various domains through design thinking and knowledge sharing. The community constitutes 200+ professionals (under 30) from different international realities (Multinationals, Start-Ups, Freelancing & Further Study) and industries (Automotive, Aerospace, Banking, M&A, IT, Industry 4.0, Law & Healthcare). The purpose of this community originates from a recognition of the importance of dialogue and the pursuit of solutions which are increasingly more innovative and diverse. We leverage upon our abilities and experiences in key sectors for the creation of a new and engaging approach that leaves behind One-way channels. The pillars of our model are: 1-Talent: Members of the community have obtained significant results in both academia and industry who build on their passions to share valuable insights. 2- Curiosity and participation in approaching discussions and content creation 3- Internationality: Italy, UK Germany, Spain, China, USA, Switzerland, Austria, India… 4 - Diversity: This sits at the centre of our experience.
